A support

We encourage and support our employees who wish to move away from proprietary formats by providing them with the necessary resources for this transition, including allocated time for training. It is by strengthening all its links that a virtuous chain becomes stronger.

Recognizing the efforts made by certain teams on their Open Source projects, we do not hesitate to support the solutions we use and find interesting.
This support obviously comes in the form of financial contributions through donations, starting from our first year of existence and use, but also and especially by evangelizing about these projects through our various communication channels.

This approach of support and assistance is very concrete for us, especially as Goupil Technology is a YunoHost Evangelist.

An involvement

A significant benefit of transitioning to Open Source, for us, is the adaptability of these solutions to our needs. Having an interesting solution is a very good start. The adoption process sometimes also involves the possibility of turning it into a custom tool that will closely match our expectations.

In this spirit of community-mindedness, we find it important to invest in the expansion of free software by dedicating resources to it and, in turn, sharing our various expertise.

By sharing our own improvements that correspond to our needs or by organizing ideation workshops around free software, we hope in turn to reciprocate to the community.
